Reading the patch notes I am going to say this one covers it. Fixed a wormhole signature that was too low (only affected a single wormhole). Even if that wasnt the problem, I am going to say it was :) I can find all wormhole sigs in game again!...

Added info - I went back and tried scanning without the list of probes. When I dragged the edge of the bubble to 16.5 ish au it snapped to 16 au. I like that :) But the original problem still is happening.
